The agenda is taking place in the CEST time zone. But don’t worry, with attendee chat, on-demand sessions, and networking events throughout both days, you’ll be able to enjoy the event from anywhere in the world.

In light of the current global situation, we have decided to host this event in a purely virtual format. This guarantees that attendees can enjoy everything the event has to offer from the safety of their home or office. We’ll be back in a live format in future!

No, this event is hosted through the in-browser Accelevents portal and does not require you to download or install anything to your computer.

Yes, you can now register up to 5 people at once. Just make sure you have the details of your team members handy when you do, as we’ll need to know who you are getting tickets for.

You can access the virtual event hub up to a week before the event starts to start arranging your schedule, booking into sessions, and making connections with other attendees. This access will last until 30 days after the event so that you can continue to communicate with your connections and catch up on any sessions you may have missed.

Once you can access the virtual event platform, you will be able to view & connect with other attendees at the event. You will also be able to see who is in a particular agenda session, chatroom, or video lounge/networking session with you so that you know when your colleagues, peers or prospective connections join.

No, all attendees can attend every session on the Main Stage. However, we do recommend you bookmark sessions that you want to attend once you have access to the virtual event hub. That way, they are added to your schedule and there’s no chance you’ll miss them.

All sessions are made available on-demand after they take place in the agenda, so don’t worry if you miss the start; you will be able to go back later to catch up.

However, we still strongly recommend you attend the full sessions in real-time, even if you are a bit late. Each agenda session will have a live Q&A with the speaker at the end, allowing you to have your queries answered and gain extra insight from other attendees’ questions.

All sessions are available on-demand for a month after the event, so if you find you can no longer attend in real-time you can catch up with all the content afterward. You can also continue to connect with other attendees through the platform in that time.
