Offering a one-stop resource for sorption science, users will be able to access a range of eLearning courses, order additional parts and consumables for their experiments, and place support requests with our customer service and science team.

Online Courses

The SMS Online Portal will offer a range of eLearning courses, tailor-made to assist users in the set up, execution, and analysis of their experiments. With detailed video courses curated by the SMS team, the available courses include instrument set up demonstrations, explorations of best practices and troubleshooting methods, a range of insightful webinars and application notes, and a variety of documents developed by the SMS science team to assist users in their work.

Consumables Shop

In scientific research, being able to reliably and consistently plan and conduct experiments is essential. The SMS Online Portal Shop offers users the ability to quickly order any consumables or extra parts to go with all SMS instruments. With the ability to simply add and purchase the items in the online portal, which are then delivered to you in a timely fasion, researchers can quickly outfit any upcoming experiments with the necessary items. This ensures minimum downtime and maximum throughput in their work.

Support Desk

SMS Instrument users who need scientific support or instrument aftersales care will now be able to use an online Helpdesk to submit support tickets. This new online system will enable our aftersales care team to respond to queries promptly and efficiently to ensure customers suffer minimal downtime in their research.
