Announcing the End of Service Life (EOSL) for the product range DVS1, DVS2, DVS HT, DVS 1000, DVS 2000 and iGC 2000.

What is End of Service Life (EOSL) means?

After 31st March 2020, DVS1, DVS2, DVS HT, DVS 1000, DVS 2000 and iGC 2000 will reach its EOSL and will no longer receive services for software, hardware and technical support.

Majority of this product range have been running for more than 20 years. Hence, the Operating Systems of these units are no longer supported by Microsoft and most of the spare parts are no longer available in the market.

As we faced these challenges, we thrive to keep with the trend in technology and our commitment to our customers to innovate and improve our instruments’ software and hardware.

What to do next?

There is no further action needed from you. However, to continually get the optimal result from a DVS or iGC product and maintain high security, it will be beneficial to get the newer instruments.
